We’re going BIG in 2023! On the 2022 Celebrate with the CEO Cruise to the Greek Isles, Captain Dimitris Kafetzis joined Lisa in his home country to curate all our guest tours in Greece. We’re thrilled to share that we’ll be continuing the tradition! Captain Kate McCue, our American Captain, will join Lisa in Alaska to plan and host all the exclusive excursions and events both on and off the ship.

Taking the helm as President and CEO at Celebrity Cruises in 2014, Lutoff-Perlo led the company into an era of unprecedented growth, including accelerated financial performance. Under her leadership, Celebrity also introduced the critically acclaimed Edge Series of ships in 2018, with the first two ships, Celebrity Edge and Celebrity Apex, being named to TIME Magazine’s annual World’s Greatest Places list; achieved historic levels of guest satisfaction; and has won hundreds of top industry awards for innovation and service.

Captain Kate McCue

Captain Kate was born in San Francisco, CA. Her passion for cruising began at 12 years old when her parents took her on her first cruise. She attended the California Maritime Academy and upon graduating she has worked her way up to her current position and is proud to serve as the Master of Celebrity Beyond. Her top priority is the safety of all onboard, the welfare of the crew and delivering an amazing cruise experience to our guests. She sails with her hairless cat, Bug Naked and enjoys interacting and engaging with her guests. When not onboard, she spends her vacation at home in Las Vegas with her Chief Engineer husband. Past Celebrate with the CEO Cruises

Every Celebrate with the CEO Cruise has unique events, special gifts, hosted excursions, and more that can only be experienced on a Celebrate with the CEO cruise. In 2018 in India, we held a ship-wide extravaganza complete with a Bollywood Troupe performance to bring the destination on board. In 2019 in New Orleans, we watched the Mardi Gras Parade from front-row seats on Bourbon Street and brought an authentic jazz band back on board with us to continue to the party. In 2022, we lit up the night with a Santorini sail-away and enjoyed a private cooking class with a famous Mykonian chef. And this year is no exception! We’ve got plenty in store for you as we cruise the Inside Passage and Endicott Arms, experience the wilderness of Ketchikan, and the beauty of Skagway.
